Fear? Perhaps they are not well armored to face US military power? Maybe in the future? Who knows?

IMO, think they will be more supportive in the case of Syria. Tony Blair is not willing to get into another leaking boat with Bush as well.

But the point here is: the US gave or not technology and advice to Iraq build all that stuff?
