Fernando,
I do too ShellExecute other VFP exes and they work wonderfully well. Might it be that your exe is dependant on its configuration file or some other file in its startup dir ? If so for config.fpw you could use -c switch. For startup folder you might set ShellExecute's working directory parameter. Also check if last parameter is set correctly (show).
