To be honnest, I don't know. If you want to be on the safe side, you could provide them/you with the lastest dll files.

Some other causes of c00..05 errors that have been reported are bad/cheap video boards, bad ethernet connectors, ...
I even had one issuing a DoDefault() in the refresh of a subclassed editbox. They are not very tangible. Do a google search and you will see
