I have a batch process that builds all of our executables (several modules) in unattended mode. As some errors can appear, I just ignore all of them, and generate a log instead for later review.

Before each BUILD command I have:
Keyboard "A" Plain Clear
What this does is to press the "Ignore All" button in the dialog box.
