If you were creating PDF's from VFP reports, I'd recommend a conversion tool like Amyuni's - but you're really needing to come at it from another direction. You already have the PDF's and want to plug VFP data into it.

You may want to look into the Adobe FDF capabilities. You can populate the contents of an FDF form with values from your database by either placing it in a file or by feeding it to the adobe reader in an XML type of format.

There's plenty of documentation on this on the Acrobat CD.
