Repression may be a custom, but not one welcomed by those receiving the beatings.

And what if we don't kill her child, and liberate them from their tormentor?

In this case, that isn't going to happen.

We tried that. The U.N. decided that 12 years wasn't enough time to see if the husband (Saddam) would change his behavior.
