Hi Alvin,

Here is the link how to configure your setup to do this. It is a bootstrap program that hooks onto your setup program. The bootstrapper checks the registry of the target computer to see if the specified version of the .NET Framework is installed. If the specified version is not installed, it launches a silent installation of Dotnetfx.exe (a reboot may be required). It then installs your .NET application. If a reboot is required in the previous step, it is suppressed until the .NET application has finished installing.
