It doesn'y matter how HTML page is generated. Try
DECLARE INTEGER URLDownloadToFile IN urlmon; 
        INTEGER, STRING, STRING, INTEGER, INTEGER
lcRequest = "HTTP://www.microsoft.com"
lcTargetFile = "Htmltest.txt"
?URLDownloadToFile (0, lcRequest, lcTargetFile, 0,0)
Modify Command (lcTargetFile) NOWAIT

I don't know how Webrowser control reformats HTML but I would expect that it should be consistent.
