But did Seattle sanction his activity? Did Seattle give him or his family money to do his terrorist activities? Did Seattle fail to locate and arrest this person? Is Seattle 'training and harboring' terrorists? Is Seattle bombing its citizens? (No, I know this because I used to live there and my Aunt lives in Kirkland now).
