That makes sense and I'll adjust the code accordingly. The only thing I don't understand is why it works correctly when I click on the Add button the second time. I've checked and in both cases, I'm sitting on the same record in this table (the last one -- NOT eof!) I've confirmed that I'm in the correct work area, as well. Any thoughts on that?
