To be sure, however, this is not a good analogy because this situation is strictly internal at the local neighborhood and local government level and has nothing to do with other men's wive's, other neighborhoods, other cities, other states, or other countries. For instance, the husband is not going to go to another country and harm someone else's wife. Nor is he training husbands of other countries to harm their wives other men's wives and then sending them off to their countries or another country to do so. He is creating any weapon that can be aimed at wive's in other countries to harm them there...
