While logged in to UT and viewing the message area, I click on the toolbar icon for the UT Console. Instead of opening a new window with the Console, as expected, now there appears a new window prompting for login. Logging in from that window results in yet another identical window prompting for login. Evidently an infinite loop. Result: Unable to access UT Console.
