From memory (and therefore very suspect <s>), I seem to recall that I select the rule class in the CDE and copy it "Ctrl+C" or cut it "Ctrl+X". Then, open a form and past the rule class on to the form. Then, select the rule class on the form and then you can run the File, Save as Class option. It allows asks you whether you want to save the whole form or the currently selected control(s).
