Hey, I thought "Jokes" was a category. Anyway, I like Bush, and Chaney, but I still thought this was funny.

George Bush went to England and while there he was meeting with Margaret Thatcher. He was concerned about his image and felt that there were too may people that had the impression that he wasn't intelligent. He asked her what her secret was to having such a great reputation with people. She said, "It's simple. I make sure that I am surrounded by very intelligent people."

To prove her point she summoned Tony Blair. She asked him this riddle. "I am my father's child, but I am not my brother or sister. Who am I?" Tony replied, "That's simple. That would be me." Mrs. Thatcher then turns to President Bush and asks, "You see?" Bush says, "Oh, I understand."

When President Bush returns to the United States he decides to put his own people to the test. He first asks Dick Chaney the same riddle. "I am my father's child, but I am not my brother or sister. Who am I?" Chaney, who always wants to be careful about what he says, replies "Mr. President, I'll find out and get back to you on that one."

Not long after that, President Bush sees Colin Powell and asks him the same riddle. "I am my father's child, but I am not my brother or sister. Who am I?" Powell says, "Well Mr. President, that would be me."

However, Chaney was not far away and overheard the answer to the riddle. Chaney waits until Powell leaves and returns to the President and says "Mr. President, I have the answer to that question you asked me earlier. It's Colin Powell."

Bush replies, "No stupid. It's Tony Blair."
