Tracy did post the relevant clause from the EULA, and your information corroborates our interpretation of it.

It's nice to know that at least one company out there doesn't spend all it's free time thinking up ways to throw pointless obstacles in the way of it's customers.

I'm still in the dark as to why MS thinks they'd be economically (or otherwise) injured if they were to allow us the same freedom.
