As Cetin said, this isn't something most of us recommend. It can take a little while to get used to IntelliSense, but once you do, you'll never want to go back. I suggest that before you turn IntelliSense off, you try adjusting the settings to make it work for you.

To turn it off permanently (Cetin's suggestion does it just for this session, I believe), set _VFP.EditorOptions="" in your start-up program.
