I can recall this happening several years ago with a huge project in VFP 5.0. As I recall, by removing the DBC from the project we resolved the problem.

When I have the option I prefer to not use the data environment of the form and never use it for reports. My preference has been to open the tables first and then the forms/application. After a few years you forget why you do anything and just become a creature of habit! :)
