My book covers working with the RDC in detail, and discusses report creation. However, the RDC is a COM interface. I spend a chapter discussing .NET reporting, but not creating reports like you want.
There is only one CR .NET book currently available from Wrox Press and it does not cover creating the report how you want to do it.
