Thank you Cathi and Bonnie. Looks like it will have to be controlled from the IIS side of things for now. But I will definitely keep these notes for future design and reference.

>Page caching is controlled by using a directive at the top of your ASPX page. If you don't have a directive then you won't get caching, unless you set it programically.
