Got it. That's really weird -- I don't remember seeing that much blank space in a .STF file before. Besides that, I don't see much else obviously wrong: no duplicate numbers in the list, no references to non-existent lines...

Have you tried copying all the files you're distributing into a new directory, minus the files created by the setup, and running the setup on the new directory?
