The UDP part of Winsock control, which is used for internal chat has limitation to 1KB messages. RTF make bigger files and that is the reason to not be able to use it. You should divede the message created in RTF to 1 kB peices to reansfer in LAN and after that to add tham in one maessage to be able to view it RTF again
