We make multilanguage converter.
With it you can convert standard application im multilanguage.
Thifferent languages should use the same codepage - 1252(for example)
This mean that English, Spanish, Portugesse, German should be used.
We input in standard apps two screens to password screen we add combo to choose language in Admin part translation screen.
In the beggining of apps you load dynamically choosen language
