May be you right but I have a wish to use up to day MS technology - Soap with Web services and XML. It works fine (quickly and easy for developing) and my customers make on-line orders, using "fat client" (orders has not a lot of records). I could find a lot of instructions, how to use Web services, including my favorite web site - UT. But I have a problem with code page 1251 on a server side (it tries to use 1252 and I do not know what to do - only one hope to receive somebody advice).
