I need to find out who has a DBF open on a Win/2000 server. I need to check this from a VFP 6 program on a Win/2000 workstation.

My nightly maintenance routines are sometimes being disrupted when my program can't get exclusive access to various DBFs. This is happening at a client's site, and nobody can tell me who/what has the files in use.

What can I use? Basically I want to send an email to me that tells me who has the file open if my maintenance program can't open it exclusively.
