The only thing I managed to do is to have the control showing the date in CodeMine DMY format properly when it gets the focus. For this, I entered XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for the Column.InputMask. Tried to set the Sparse to .F. afterwards, but it didn't work.
