Ok, here's an update. Today, I tried again and it went thru. So, I assume a long period was necessary in order to have this wizard to react ok. I would assume that if I would have retried within an hour on that day that it would have worked. IAC, there's definitely something in there for MS VFP team to look at. The server remained online and today when I tried again, it worked.
