Dear Friends,

I distributed an application through InstallShield VFP Limited Edition.
The problem faced was a strange one and that too only with Win XP. The default path of appliation is [InstallDir]\AppDir. I expected it to store my app files in C:\... But too my surprise in winXP it makes a directory in C: and install all the files in D: with the mentioned Path. Becoz of it the icon dosent execute the exe. The behaviour is only shown with WinXP and two partitions i.e. C & D

I have not given an option to a user to change the installation path.

Any bright ideas to make things better.
