Umm, works on my machine? < g > I really don't have any idea why this isn't working. Maybe one too many closing tags, since it should already have one? Still, I think it would throw a different error.

Shouldn't be hard at all. Right-click the folder/Properties/Security, and set the proper permissions.

Nope, wasn't me. Not exactly sure who wrote it.
