I have a client with an old Windows 2.6 FoxPro app that was upgraded to VFP 7.0. I created an project and EXE for the app. The application compiles cleanly and runs properly when executed from with VFP. When executed from Windows Explorer, I get the following error:

Visual FoxPro cannot start. Could not load resources.

I have the appropriate DLL's in the directory where the EXE resides and I am running NT 4.0 under Novell 4.8 SP3. Any assistance would be appreciated.
