>>>I have a report that has landscape orientation. When the report is previewed I can only see labels and fields which are on the left 8 1/2 inches of the report. The lines that are under the labels show up out to 10 1/2 inches. When I print the report everything prints OK including the fields out to 10 1/2 inches . I set my default printer to landscape, changed printers, made a new report and copied all the object from the old report to the new one(even added a few test items to the right of 8 1/2 inches) - no change. Any suggestions?
>>>TIA

>>Did you change the Page Setup of the report to be landscape? Modify your report, and from the menu File/Page Setup.../Print Setup button, choose Landscape. When you save your report, the landscape setting should now be in it, and you should be able to preview it that way.

It's just that the labels and fields on the right side of 8 1/2 inches do not show up but line or a rectangle does show up. In fact, I have a two fields( from - to date of the report) which I can see half of - but a rectangle drawn completely around them shows up completely!

Sounds more like a video card problem then. Have you tried reducing your video acceleration and seeing if it gets better?
