This is driving me nuts. As I code, I tend to look down at the status bar to see the what line I'm on. Or when I am working with tables I like to see what record I am on. Lately, in VFP 8, this has been going blank, as though something is processing a SET MESSAGE TO "" or _VFP.StatusBar = "". I can process a SET MESSAGE TO and it fixes the problem, for a short time. I have not been able to pinpoint where it happens.

Does anybody else see this?

The messages still change when the mouse overs over a toolbar. but when I goto a PRG or Method, it won't display the line number, until I do the SET MESSAGE TO.
