You will get more help if you provide some pertinent facts! Things like:

1) Are the "clients" in different companies or on different networks?

2) Is the errant client's workstation one of many, others working OK or is it a single client install?

3) What OS is the client's machine running, and what SP level?

4) What network OS is used by the client, and what version/SP level?

5) What else does the client run regularly on the machine at the same time as your app? In particular, is this the only client with Virus detect software or with a specific brand of virus software?
