When I drop a shape or line on a form, and then drop a label on top of the shape or line; it has the affect that I want - the line is broken for the width of the label. But when the label is created first, then the shape/line is dropped over the label, it is on top of the label.

Is there a way to change the object sequence for a form to allow me to put the shapes/lines before the labels, so I can get my desired result?
