I think it's not finding the iisadmin service to set up virtuals, etc. Did you select the proper name for the web server on install - you need to do this if you're running multiple servers. IOW, don't use the defaults, use the various names. You can find the source for setiisadmin in the PostSetup project in setup.prg, I think (AVFP is open source :)
