Add or subtract a time-zone constant?
>Unless I don't understand it, SetSystemTime() and SetLocalTime() sets time. I do not want to set the time I just want to get the time, the local time of the server. NetRemoteTOD() returns GMT from a server but how can you get local time from a server?
