Houston,

>Gerry, I am in complete agreement with you. Interesting to see that David Stevenson has not yet responded to Tamar (about the charge for the early distribution kit not actually being a 'royalty'). JVP was not straight on the facts and had greater error in his opinions (IMO). And yet D.S. found his commentary "very reasonable".

Well, some people see things in black and white and others tend to see more shades of grey and are able to hold multiple views in suspense while considering an opinion. Guess which type I am? :-)

"Sounds reasonable" means that there are some valid angles in the argument. Others also present some different views that also sound reasonable.

I guess it serves me right for thinking out loud without coming to a final decision yet on my opinion... but that's how I address tricky issues -- look at all sides and see if there is some consensus to build, run it up the flagpole and see who salutes, etc, etc...
