You cannot do this since user interface features like forms are disabled within VFP COM objects. What you could possibly do is have VFP fire of a Windows form or a .NET WinForm and have it display from within the COM object, but it woudl not be a VFP form. Not sure if that will help you if you are specifically trying to get a VFP form to display from a COM server and not just any form.
