Have you removed your files from the system cache in IE?


>For some reason in the last couple weeks, my development machine has slown down. It now takes as much as 10 seconds to launch a program, once launched it seems fast. Especailly on IE and VFP8. Outlook launches fast. IE takes nearly 10 seconds, VFP8 takes over 6 seconds. THese were relatively instantaneous.
