In addition to the threads Nadya provided,and providing you have time for some 'sport' coding: Play with setting the combo's control source to and RowSourceType to 0 (none), the style to 2 (Dropdown list)and then populate the combo using the ADDITEM()method. AddItem offers oppertunities that the other RowSoueceType(s) cannot.
