i UPSOLUTLY agree with. Ken (and ofcorse that comes directly from MS Legal) didn't say anything. actualy i read it more as a warning then anything else. The statement reads: "...As
with any contract, you should seek your own legal counsel’s advice when interpreting your rights and obligations under the Visual FoxPro End User License Agreement.". to me that means: you guys better be carfull, you do anything bad, we're gonna getcha.

and i want to stress here that i am sure those words were given to Ken by the legal department of MS with strict instructions. So defenetly to blaim to Ken - only to MS leagl.
