I would agree if they had said that "the runtime may operate in conjunction with a Microsoft Windows platform." - but they said instead that "the runtime may ONLY operate in conjunction with a Microsoft Windows platform"

I think it's clear that they are threatening the wrath of the MS legal department for non-windows platforms - in effect hoping the threat is enough to keep us in line (I say this because I HOPE the justice department would eventually find such restrictions illegal).

Disappointing.
