If you're in the neighborhood, Chicago Fudg invites you to a top-of-the-line training by Marcia Akins and Andy Kramek. Marcia will start at 9 am with her tutorial on maintaining class libraries: "Where Does the Code Go?". Andy will take over at 10:30 to teach 'Database Design". At 1:30, Marcia will explain intricacies of Active X controls with VFP and at 3:00 Andy will talk about Design Patterns as applied to VFP. They're doing it pro bono. We only have to charged $15 per session ($60 for the whole day.) Unemployed, underemployed, and students 1/2 price. After pizza, they'll regale the user group meeting (in Suite 500) with a potpourri of tips, tricks, odd, ends, and snippets of other presentations. We call it Kit Box Unplugged. We have over 25 registered so far. The interesting thing is that we'll be hosting some attendees from Downstate, Michigan and Wisconsin. If you build it, they'll come.
Location: 2 N. LaSalle, Conference Center 620. Let me know if you'd like to come. More details at
