>>>I already answered to Michel. I'm not saing that there are members with more accounts. I say that there are members that come here only once for curiousity. After all, there is a password out there and it's free to establish an account. Can they rezist? No.

>>So what do you suggest? We are taking all steps we think necessary to try and keep the user roll as accurate as possible. The same situation can happen to any user group so this is common to all UGs. Maybe at some point we can look at 'last logons' to see if they are active but gee wiz, we have only been online for 5 week! That is too short a time to start getting picky.

This was a major concern of Michels & he was the one who demanded tighter access. He realized in UT what you are talking about happens & he vowed not to make that mistake again.
Members in my UG are purged at 1 year of inactivity. You must remember most people are very busy. They will only show up when they are desperate for something. If you purge too quickly they get upset that you did 'axe' them. So it is a two way street. This is something not yet discussed in VFUG since we are so new.
Bottom line is there is a slim chance there are exact duplictes here. As far as active members I will suggest to Michael a 1 year purge done monthly. If you have any input then please do so. We would love to hear your opinion.
