Hello world,

I just installed VFP 8.0 on a Pentium III Windows XP Pro box. Under Options, File Locations, I can set the Search Path for the current session OK. I can hit "Set as Default", and it appears to be working. However, after I exit and return, the Search Path is blank. Other changes I made to File Locations are there, but Search Path is blank. I checked the registry, and the values I set are there (I assume in the right place, because there are separate tabs for VFP 7 and 8, and the search path is stored in the same field under each).

Here is the actual search path that I am trying to set:

data, progs, libs, forms, reports, include, c:\not backed up\westwind\, ..\foxcommon\progs, ..\foxcommon\libs, ..\foxcommon\data, ..\foxcommon\forms

Just now, I also tried putting c:\not backed up\westwind\ in quotation marks, that did not help.

Did anyone else have this problem?
