What about ADO COM on server connected to VFP data and instanced by client with CREATEOBJECTEX()? Would ADO, in this case assemble a record set (at the server) from VFP (at the server) and then return a recordset to the client (at the WS)?

Or, does CREATEOBJECTEX(), simply create a local copy (at the WS) of the ADO COM (that's on the server)?

How does CREATEOBJECTEX() work?
