Even if you are using an Hebrew Enabled version of Windows, there is no way to do this since the messagebox() has no RightToLeft property or alignment property for the title.
In my applications, when i want to display a decent Hebrew messagebox, i use a form i created for this purpose ( with right-alignment etc... ) and i call the form with my title and message string as parameters.
