yes, our team found this issue too. This happens only in MTDLL. We had to totally rewrite and implement our own System.Base64Encode and System.Base64Decode methods substituting STRCONV for this purpose. These methods are in the kernel of our Arnica WebFramework for VFP.

We detected this in VFP7SP1. I am not sure whether or not it was fixed in VFP8. Did you have chance to test it with VFP8?
