I also have DynaZip incorporated into my apps for user backup and a few other functions. I considered using that to "roll my own" data installer, but again, there's issue of an inconsistent install interface, and the necessity of having the Fox runtimes previously installed. I haven't given up on ISE yet, I think there may be a way to make it happen there.
