I have taken a look at your introduction question on that thread. It's basically a question of proper etiquette. There is a huge difference in asking a question, trying to troubleshoot a situation and similar topics as oppose to asking someone to build an entire form for you. Basically, yes, some might see it as personal or similar as the way the first line is written it basically asks someone to do your job. So, it's in the way to ask or start a thread in a specific way.
