>Earlier today I saw it was slow, 9 minutes, compared to my office system's time. That was observed at the same time the first refresh was done at logging in. However, about 2 hours later it was fixed. Now, from home, I see it's accurate. Thanks.

It's probably the refresh which was stopped or stopped from another reason such as lost of browser's connection.
